My niece and nephew turn 7, oh my! Here I used Kraft card stock cut at 4.25" x 11" folded in half for each. For the banner triangles, letters and number 7, I used my Cricut Expression. The decorative paper is from the Sweet Matstack from DCWV. Simple and easy.
